Loved the vibe! The bartender , Jon was awesome! He was a lot of fun and made exceptional drinks! Would definitely go back to Fusion Bistro! Definitely a fusion of fun and good vibes! Definitely a place to be, to hang out!

This place is great!! I ordered the Shrimp Tempura and California Roll, along with some fries, jalapeño poppers and spicy chicken roll. All amazing except it was slightly off with the spicy chicken roll. I'm not sure exactly what it was, but I did feel like it was missing something. The glazed eel sauce and whatever other sauce on the other two rolls were fiuurrreee, though!! Definitely going back for their lunch specials, and happy our real soon!! Service was handling business really well as more people started coming in and didn't neglect our table. Still had time to talk a little and tell me a little more about the place. I forgot what was said about events, but I will get that information when I go back.

On a business trip here with a group of us varying from Texas, Florida, Michigan, West Virgina, and Puerto Rico. We were suggested this spot by a few colleagues from the area. The recommendation was exactly what we were looking for.Cleanliness, customer service, hospitality, and quality. Bartenders knew their locals, and treated us as if we've been there 100 times.Jon, a bartender who I learned has a full-time job outside of this, helped me with what I wanted and the brew hit the spot (Sunrise, or Sunset, forgot the name but it's local from Sylvania). I respect hard workers, and that Jon previously worked 9-4 this morning and then 5-midnight at the bar still with energy and genuienly enjoying his job, speaks a lot about him. I respect that!Would recommend this place with a guarantee of great experience.

Your experience will vary depending on the time of day you go and who your server is. My partner and I are frequent customers here and the sushi, great beer selection, and quality cocktails keep us coming back. They have a special on half priced sushi Tues and Thurs after 7pm.

When we first walked in we were a little iffy, but everything was amazing. The sushi, the pizza and definitely the drinks. I highly recommend checking this place out. They have an amazing martini list. The sushi is really good (don't be afraid to omitt things). We also had the Buffalo pizza, soo good. The crust was thin amd crispy and it was full of flavor.

Ask for Jon. He's available from noon to 2. That's a joke. This place isn't. We had a blast!

I have to commend the team of girls working there today! They are so friendly and welcoming and really care!! I stopped here for the first time today bc the hostess at First Watch next door to them wasn’t pleasant at all. And the food here is terrific!

Great bar with a good variety of beers on tap. They have good food and the daily food specials are a good deal. You’ll find a mixed crowd of ages visiting it. Definitely a hidden gem in Cricket west.
